A paid invoice showing proof of canopy purchase is required, along with an image of the warning label from the canopy. Both need to be legible and clear showing the purchaser’s name, date of purchase, the purchase amount, and serial number.
Help, I lost my receipt! Now how do I get my helmet?
A paid invoice showing proof of canopy purchase is required to process all Cookie G4 submissions. You will need to contact your Dealer to obtain a copy of your paid invoice possibly.
I forgot to submit my Cookie G4 request and/or the supporting documents, and now it has expired. If I send it in late, will I be able to get my helmet?
This Cookie G4 offer is not open indefinitely. Please make sure you submit your request before December 31, 2019.
I bought more than one stock main canopy during Black Friday. Can I get more than one Cookie G4?
YES, for each stock main canopy purchase you can claim a Cookie G4 helmet. You will need to complete a separate Cookie G4 request along with the corresponding documents.
How do I get my G4? Can I go to a Cookie dealer and pick it up?
The G4 will be ordered by Performance Designs. Once the redemption period is closed, we will place the order. There will be up to eight weeks production time by Cookie. Once PD receives your helmet they will send it directly to the address that you provide to in the redemption form. This G4 cannot be supplied directly through ParaFunalia and needs to be ordered through the redemption form.
Can I have a fancy visor and all the bells and whistles for my new Cookie G4?
Yes, however you will need to place your order for those additional items seperately. This offer is for a custom G4 (color and size) with a standard clear visor.
