What items are in stock?

With the exception of custom order items, almost all accessories in the store are regularly stocked.

Custom order items, such as canopies, containers, jumpsuits, leg pad covers, etc cannot be stocked to due to their custom nature.

In certain cases a product in a particular colour and size combination, such as helmets and wrist mounts, may be on backorder and we will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm.

How are shipping rates calculated?

In Canada

Free Shipping on orders over $100 CAD

 $15 Flat Rate shipping on orders under $100 CAD

International Orders:

Shipping rates are automatically calculated in the shopping cart and checkout page. Rates are calculated by Canada Post based on weight, size and destination.

Free in-store pick-up

Orders can be picked up for free from our Innisfail, AB location.

Simply choose either “Local pickup – Innisfail” from the shipping options on the cart/checkout page and we’ll contact you to arrange a pick up time.

If all items are in stock you can pick up your order the same day!

When will my order ship?

Orders of In-Stock items will be shipped the next business day.

A shipping date for Custom Order items will be determined once the order is confirmed by both the customer and the manufacturer. We will contact you with such information as soon as it becomes available to us. An estimated shipping date will be provided on the final invoice.

Depending on the manufacturer, Backordered items may take up upwards of 8 weeks to ship.
