At ParaFunalia we value our customers and are dedicated to making sure your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible. We understand that sometimes an item you ordered is not exactly what you were looking for or does not fit properly. In these cases we are happy to issue a refund or exchange the item or issue store credit. Here’s how it works:
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return your new, un-opened item within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging with a copy of your receipt (if receipt can’t be printed include name and date of purchase)
- If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs. Use the return shipping procedure below.
- If you bought an item that doesn’t fit or that you aren’t completely satisfied with, use the return shipping procedure below or return in-store and we’ll refund or exchange it free of charge.
- Items that have not been used and are returned in mint condition with all original packaging and accessories will be issued a full refund.
- Used, damaged or items returned without the original packaging/accessories can still be returned or exchanged, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Feel free to keep the free swag! 🙂
- Please Allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
Eligible items can also be returned in-store for a refund or exchanged for a different item.
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange:
- Clearance items
- Sale items
- Special order items
- Custom items such as canopies, containers and jumpsuits, complete rig packages, legpad covers,
Defective items may be eligible for exchange or store credit. The item must be assessed and deemed defective by a ParaFunalia team member. To return your defective item for assessment, please follow the return shipping procedure above.
RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURE
- Fill out the return form below.
- Wait for a reply authorizing the return.
- Ship the item back in the original packaging or use your own but please make sure it’s packed with care.
